Why We Exist
Built for the way construction actually works
SubbieHUB was born from years of working within the construction industry and experiencing first-hand just how much time goes into finding and managing a reliable subcontract workforce.
Finding the right people was often dependent on word of mouth, existing contacts or recruitment agencies. It could be slow, expensive and frustrating — particularly when skilled labour was needed at short notice.
But finding subcontractors was only part of the challenge.
Once they were found, there was still onboarding, workforce information, compliance documentation, labour allocation, timesheets and the day-to-day administration that comes with managing subcontractors across different projects and sites.
At the same time, skilled subcontractors needed a better way to be visible to contractors, showcase their experience and credentials, and move more easily through contractor onboarding and workforce processes.
This is when SubbieHub was established.
Today, SubbieHUB brings subcontractor search and workforce management together in one platform.
